Bibby Distribution driving awareness of important cause

Bibby Line Group // 23rd July 2020

Bibby Distribution have continued to ‘do the right thing’ through their partnership with the Jo Cox Foundation, by working closely with them to design and build a trailer to help promote the Foundation and their ‘Great Get Together’ events.

The Foundation exists to build a positive legacy for Jo and to create something good from the tragedy that was her murder.

Adam Purshall, Fleet & Procurement Director was delighted to be involved in the project and said “Some projects are an absolute pleasure to work on, and the evolution of the concept of a trailer to support the Jo Cox Foundation, through to its completion, has been fantastic to oversee.

“The message on the side feels poignant, reflective of these troubled times, and has been well received”

Having previously worked closely with the Jo Cox Foundation, and provided logistics support, the relationship has gone from strength to strength, building on our commitment to support the charity and the communities in which we operate.

In 2019 members of the team ran a relay of 26.2 miles in the Yorkshire Marathon, finishing 33rd out of 94 corporate teams, raising over £1400 for the Jo Cox Foundation.
