Garic set up Customer Council to improve service to clients

Bibby Line Group // 21st October 2021

Garic are setting up a new Customer Council with the purpose of looking at future innovations and sustainability with their most valued customers.

Garic’s most regularly used contractors will be in attendance at the first meeting, with the aim of creating an open forum to discuss Garic and customers’ sustainability plans, as well as alternative fuels, and looking at future innovations to find out what’s missing from the market.

Setting up Customer Councils are just one of the Compass Customer trailblazer projects.

Mark Tyldsley, Sales Director said: “We’re proud of the high quality service we provide to our customers. True customer partnerships require close attention to their needs so we can listen, communicate and act better. That’s why we’ll be hosting an ongoing Customer Council that seeks input from our customers on the challenges that face them, how they work with us and also provides a forum for testing potential solutions.

“This will help us understand our customers in a meaningful way so that we are able to respond to their changing needs better, honouring the Compass Customer vision to continually work to be the customers’ partner of choice and support them to thrive.”
