Bibby Line Group colleagues work together to make move a success

Teams from across Bibby Line Group, including colleagues in Bibby Distribution, Bibby Financial Services, Bibby Marine and head office colleagues truly lived the Group values in December, successfully moving our Liverpool headquarters to Walker House, Exchange Flags in the heart of the city’s Commercial District.

In total, around 150 colleagues made the move at the start of December to the 3^rd and 4^th floors in Walker House, a prestigious building near Liverpool Town Hall.

New working spaces include a suite of modern meeting rooms named after historic Liverpool docks, separate open plan company ‘neighbourhoods’, dynamic breakout spaces and a new Café area, affectionately named ‘The 105’ which celebrates the great memories of our previous home (105 Duke Street), while continuing our story at Walker House.  

We also celebrate our achievements and proud story with a history timeline, vessel models and a special artefact wall.

The improved functionality and design will support our teams to deliver our shared commitment to excellent customer service for years to come. Colleagues from each team were excited and enthusiastic about the move and the benefits it will deliver:

As with any move there were challenges, but these brought out the best in our teams, who worked together to find innovative solutions quickly.
