Bibby Line Group celebrates National Apprenticeship Week 2023

To celebrate National Apprenticeship week 2023, Bibby Line Group companies are sharing the stories of some of our amazing colleagues who are developing themselves through an apprenticeship.

Apprenticeships are a great way to earn a qualification whilst learning on-the-job that provides both theoretical and practical training. At BLG, we are proud of the learning and development of our colleagues, spanning a wide range of subjects and specialisms.

Learning and Development is a trailblazer for the People Point of Project Compass, our group-wide long-term sustainability programme, with the aim to drive innovation and continuous improvement in four priority areas: Environment, Communities, People and Customer.
