Septima joined Bibby Line Group as a Non-Executive Director in June 2025.
She brings more than 20 years’ experience in finance and senior leadership across multinational organisations and a wide range of sectors.
Septima is currently Chief Financial Officer at Benchmark Holdings, an aquaculture sustainability business, where she has led large-scale transformation initiatives.
Before this, she held senior finance roles at Dechra Pharmaceuticals and Ardagh Group, developing deep expertise in strategic finance, business transformation, and international operations.
Her leadership style and values closely align with those of our family-owned Group, and she brings not only strong technical and financial acumen but also a broad, cross-industry perspective.
