Susan joined Bibby Line Group as a non-executive director in July 2023.
An accomplished business leader, Susan brings strong executive and non-executive experience across various sectors, specialising in growing technology businesses, acquisitions and exploitation of new technologies.
In her executive career Susan has held a variety of commercial and business development roles with the Bank of Nova Scotia, Montech (Australia), and Signet Group plc before founding Imperial Innovations Group plc, where she was CEO.
Susan is also Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of Benchmark Holdings plc, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of QinetiQ Group plc, Chair of Greenback Recycling Technologies Limited and Non-Executive Director of Gooch and Housego plc.
Susan holds an MA in Chemistry from Oxford University.
