While Bibby’s commitment to values remains constant, the world continues to change, and the environment in which the Group operates is more complex and unpredictable than ever with expectations from colleagues, customers and clients continuing to evolve.
Refreshed Values
That is why Bibby has refreshed its Group-wide Values – to provide a clear, shared guide for how the organisation works, leads and partners today, and into the future.
The updated Values have been shaped through extensive input from colleagues across its subsidiaries over the past 12 months. They reflect what already works well across the Group, while creating a clearer and more aligned foundation for how Bibby continues to evolve in a fast-changing world.
The refresh forms part of Bibby’s ongoing commitment to building a more aligned, agile and future-focused organisation – one that is better placed to respond to a rapidly changing external environment and continue delivering for customers, partners and stakeholders.
Strengthening how Bibby works and delivers
The updated Values set shared standards for how colleagues work together, make decisions and deliver outcomes across the Group. They are designed to support stronger alignment across businesses, improve clarity of decision-making, and reinforce a focus on long-term performance and partnership.
The Values will also be embedded into leadership behaviours, development and everyday working practices across the organisation.
