Around 80 colleagues from across Bibby Line Group came together in April for an evening of recognition and celebration, as we hosted our annual Bibby Line Group Awards – recognising the people who continue to make a meaningful difference across our businesses.
The event brought together colleagues from every corner of the Group to celebrate those who go above and beyond to live our values, support customers, protect the environment, give back to communities and support one another.
With almost 1,000 peer-to-peer nominations submitted across the Group, the awards provided a powerful snapshot of Bibby Line Group at its best. Across every category and every story, the passion, dedication and integrity of our people shone through.
A highlight of the evening was a moving contribution from George, a young person from our charity partner The Hive Youth Zone, Wirral, whose story brought real heart to the room and underlined the importance of the Group’s ongoing community work. The night also featured a celebration video capturing the collective impact being made by colleagues across the Group.
Reflecting on the evening, Group CEO Jonathan Lewis said:
